4 AI challenges to unlock the Human Factor

A community of over 800 professionals and digital enthusiasts, along with 4 experts from the L&D world, took on a shared challenge: proving that the combination of the human factor and artificial intelligence is the key to creating future-proof courses. Participants of the Teaching Humans Academy discovered what it means to generate an entire course, from the syllabus to impact measurement analysis, using Artificial Intelligence and the new digital tools of 2024.

Have you ever imagined analyzing vast amounts of data in a second? Or creating courses tailored to your needs with just a click? Tech professionals tackled four challenges, each guided by three L&D Superheroes and the AI master, Ross Stevenson. Through Masterclasses and interactive workshops, the participants of Teaching Humans explored what Social Learning, Inclusivity, and Impact Measurement mean in the new era of Artificial Intelligence.

The Teaching Humans Ambassadors

To bring Social Learning to a whole new level, five of the most active members of the Teaching Humans Community became Ambassadors, sharing their experiences in the tech and AI fields with other participants. They discussed topics such as the role of Chatbots, the importance of Learning Analytics, Gamification and Open Educational Resources in the L&D field.
